Welcome to Trishala, 

Thank you for thinking about us. 

Here at Trishala, our goal is to always give our customers the best experience from the healthier cooking style Raj implements, to the taste, to the close bond we look to build with our customers. 

We strive to use the freshest ingredients as much as we can and we look to make the food in a healthier way possible too by using ingredients such as turmeric in some of our food to using less oil wherever possible to give our customers not only a quality tasting dish but also a dish that is a little bit healthier.

Our Founder Neeraj (Raj) previously worked as the Executive Chef with his wife as the Restaurant Manager in Epsom. Having taken the restaurant to a top 10 rating in the county in a matter of a few months, many of those customers calling the restaurant a ‘hidden gem’ with an almost perfect 5* rating on Tripadvisor.  

Prior to that Raj worked as a chef, head-chef and Executive Chef for more than 25 years, working and learning under some of the best Celebrity and Michelin Star chefs in the world such as Marco Pierre White, Brian Turner, Jatinder Kumar and having led the kitchens as the Head chef and Executive Chef under the tutelage of numerous renowned celebrity chefs in the UK, such as Best Selling Author Mridula Baljekar

Raj and Nisha have now teamed up to open a family run restaurant turning that experience and passion into creating an experience at Trishala that customers will be satisfied with.
